It is 100% functioning but has small cosmetic issues like e.g. scratches coming from shipping, item was installed for photo shooting or returned back from a customer. Item has 6 months warranty. Complete used EU bumper from the company show car. Bumper was used about 4 years and then switched to steel bumper. Including fog lamps.
The presence of surface rust on steel is a standard, unavoidable process in unprotected areas and is not grounds for a product claim. Steel products must be maintained with periodic protective coatings.
